Fall Garden Greens

Just enjoyed another salad of fall greens – red mustard, arugula, and lettuce with lemon juice and olive oil. After a spate of warm, sunny days in November, the front seedlings perked up and seem to be filling in (the lemon balm, the chinese cabbage, and the radishes.) I realize that I actually don’t know WHAT the chinese cabbage really is – I don’t think it’s Napa, so we’ll see. The “Mystery Seeds” are feathery, and green. That’s about all I can see at the moment!
